Please note:

Mugman does not store any credit card or banking details.
All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers such as PayFast or iKhokha.
Your order will only be processed once we receive confirmation of payment clearance.

Delivery typically takes up to 5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are for single units, unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price increase will not affect existing paid orders awaiting delivery.

Mugman reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Any cancelled orders that have been paid (in full or in part) will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery and Courier Disclaimer

We take every care to ensure your parcel reaches you promptly. However, Mugman is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, civil unrest, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.

Delivery timelines provided by the courier are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Use Outside of South Africa

While international visitors may browse our site, we currently only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

If your item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If we receive no communication within this period, the order will be deemed accepted, and no further claims can be made.

We offer free shipping on orders over R1000, subject to our full Shipping Policy. Mugman reserves the right to amend or cancel shipping promotions at any time. Bulk or remote orders may incur additional charges
