Returns Policy – Mugman (South Africa)
At Mugman, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Window
You may return items within 7 days of delivery
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
All original tags and inserts must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Used mugs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Personalized or custom items (e.g., names, photos, custom text) are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection.
6. Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your refund is processed.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item is damaged or incorrect, email info@mugman.co.za within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos and your order number.
