Our returns Policy

Returns Policy – Mugman (South Africa)

At Mugman, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


1. Return Window

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • All original tags and inserts must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used mugs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., names, photos, custom text) are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email info@mugman.co.za

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  • We will respond within 2 business days

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

  • In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection.

6. Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method.

  • If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email.

7. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your refund is processed.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, email info@mugman.co.za within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos and your order number.
