Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Mugman’s website and The Mugmans’s mobile website application operated by Mugman.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Mugman’s website,

You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your

Physical and Postal/delivery  address , Your full names , Your banking details and or your credit card information

(we do not keep any of your banking and credit card details on our servers , you will be directed to a secure 3rd party service (Payfast ) Or Ikhoka depending on your selection.  Only once the transaction has taken place and we receive a notification from payfast , Ikhoka  or our bank that the funds have been cleared will your order be processed. After which it should take 5 working days before your order is delivered to you.

No minor may make any purchase of items via this website. By ordering and purchasing any product online from this website, you represent that you are 18 years or older

We do not take responsibility for any late deliveries arising from strikes, civil unrest or any act of GOD, Or any other means out of our direct control.

All your private information is confidential. We will not sell, exchange or market it in any way.

Prices may change from time to time without notice. But you will not be billed for an increase in price if there is a price increase after you have made your purchase and are awaiting delivery. Mugman reserves the right, on whatever grounds, to cancel any order. Paid or partly paid orders will be fully reimbursed upon cancellation.

All prices shown are for single units only unless otherwise stated.

Please note that your monitor’s calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed products may differ from what you see on your screen. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match proofs,  Mugman (pty)ltd  DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING

Actual colours may vary , We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Acceptance

You should inspect products within 7 Days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty.

If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Mugman or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on the Site.

by Mugman. Mugman  has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content,

privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that

Mugman shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
