Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure your order is done to your liking, we are human and mistakes do happen Please see below for our returns policy

Returns Policy for Mugman – South Africa

Thank you for shopping with Mugman. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please read our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for products within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Products Eligible for Returns:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used mugs.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at quotes@mugman.co.za with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product(s) if applicable.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

6. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3  business days.

7. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Refund Exceptions:

  • In the case of custom or personalized items, refunds will only be processed if there was an error on our part.
