Our returns Policy
If you wish to return your order you are required to inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will not issue a refund if item does not return in a unused and totally resalable condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. You will not receive a refund of the original delivery charge.

We will furnish you with the address at the point of you wanting to return a item. If you require Mugman to arrange return delivery the cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The refund of items returned damaged will be judged on a case by case basis. Refund will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Mugman will not take responsibility for the cost of returning this item.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch of the item we require notification within one working day of order. If we are notified after the item has already been dispatched (after 1 working day) the customer will be responsible for returning this item at their own cost.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.
Our returns policy
Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.
If you receive the incorrect item we are unable to issue a resend of the correct item until the item sent in error is returned in an unused and totally resellable condition. We will issue a returns label with a carrier of our choosing and the customer may be required to drop the parcel at a local post office or post net. Mugman will be unable to take responsibility for the cost of any item sent back with any other courier.
Refund or resend will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods in a completely resalable condition. In order to receive an exchange customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of wrong item.
No refund will be granted for items lost in post until Mugman has received confirmation of the return from the courier.Customer may be requested to sign a ‘Denial of Receipt’ declaration by Mugman on behalf of the courier service. A refund or resend may not be issued until this is complete.
Items sent with The Post Office will not be considered lost until 21 days have elapsed since dispatch. After this time a refund or resend will be issued if the customer has
- Contacted the local collections office
- Checked with neighbours
- Confirmed delivery address
Your delivery will be posted to the address provided at the time of order.
If you require the address on your order to be amended please contact us within 1 working day of your order and we will try our utmost to get this changed. Address changes after the point of order are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we are unable to refund items after a period of 30 days has elapsed.
Please note that due to the nature of the product, We cannot offer any warranty or guarantee on the novelty / wedding socks except in the case of incorrect printing,wrong spelling or a incorrect order sent, in which case you must inform us of the error as soon as you receive the order and Mugman will gladly exchange the item for you.
